Return & Refund Policy

1. What is your return policy?

All items are non-returnable unless the items are damaged or defective. This is for hygienic reasons since we cannot ensure the sterility of items after they have been received and opened. If you are not satisfied with your items within 15 days, contact us, we could provide you a second chance that you could exchange to other items with an equal or lesser price value.

Please note for hygiene reasons, if it is the customer’s personal reasons that do not pick up the package, rather than the product's own problem, we do not accept any unreasonable return more than 7 days after the product arrives to your local carrier. Please note that we will deduct 15% of the order amount as the merchant’s loss fee.

If customers want to return the products to us, customers shall send back the products to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. There is no right of return when the packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked)

Please note, an item is not deemed defective if just because you do not like it after you receive it or use it. Due to the nature of the products and their usage, we cannot offer a refund in these situations.


2. What if my product is damaged or contains defects?

Refunds and replacements for damaged or defected products within 15 days after the delivered date. If you feel your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us via amwama01@outlook.com. (Tips: Attached the photos, the order number and write a short description to the defect products can accelerate the process.)

Warranty


Please bear in mind that for any product you buy at AMWAMA, the product can be replaced within 15 days due to product quality issue. If you feel your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us via amwama01@outlook.com

Order cancellation


Customers have the right to cancel order before shipping without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform our customer service representative Amwama@foxmail.com of the decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

Please note that the order cannot be cancelled once the package is shipped from our warehouse.
